Return and refund

RETURN

You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to return items that do not suit you. Your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Some items are not eligible for return:

• Consumable items 
• Non-returnable items for hygiene reasons
• Items inseparable from other items

To start a return, you can contact us at pickleballforthewin@gmail.com. Please include the reason for the return, the order number, your full name, and photos if the product is defective or damaged. If your request is compliant, we will provide you with the postal address to which you can return your items.

SHIPPING

The return address will be provided to you via email upon your request. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. They may be reimbursed as a goodwill gesture, but this is not obligatory.

REFUND

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of our decision regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
